column archive: damage control
from Rap Pages magazine

Conceived to "end careers and put rappers out of the public misery," Damage Control was the brainchild of myself and Rap Pages' then head honcho Allen Gordon. It was purposely mean spirited (sometimes too much for the mag, but only "director's cut" columns appear here) and as widely hated as it was loved. The column began an online incarnation as of 1998 on a Geocities page that probably still exists, somewhere in cyberspace. Columns are, for the most part, presented chronologically.
