NOTE: My very first song with GarageBand, the guitar loop I discovered in the program inspired everything from content to arrangements. I wasn't really in the mood to write a song about my divorce, but that's what the guitar loop sounded like it wanted to be about, so who was I to argue? This was done before I had the Oxygen 8, and all notes I played (bass, violins, piano) were done with a mouse on the software's on-screen keyboard, which was zany. I may have to make another mix of it, as the spoken word bridge gets lost in the noise of the instrumental change, but otherwise I'm pretty pleased with this song overall.
